In the game of forgetfulness, we hypnotize ourselves into living earthly life and focus on this life, seeing nothing else.
Hypnosis is synonymous with sleep.
And all physical and astral creations reflect the dream state.
Whereas our true essence, which is beyond form, space and time, is only the presence that we can reach in a state of full awareness, and which can be our daily state today because we are emerging from the game of forgetting.
We can continue to dream and create by being aware.
To be aware is to be awake to what is (inside).
To meditate is to reflect on what's inside.
Both require observation and not hypnosis.
The word altered consciousness means shifting our gaze from the outer world (hypnosis) to the inner world (presence-observation).
When we are conscious, we are not in hypnosis, we are fully awake. This is the unmodified state of consciousness; our true state.
This is why I don't use the word hypnosis for astral travel and quantum sessions.
In short, the term hypnosis refers to the natural trance that allows us to live this life and be in other inner dimensions without being conscious of it.
When we do it consciously, it's no longer hypnosis. What's more, when we're in a state of high or supra-consciousness, we're in gamma waves, not the theta waves of hypnosis.
